Entry Level Opportunities

Construction Projects Manager
 

Plan, direct and coordinate activities of designated capital projects. Review project proposals, establish work plan and manage contractors to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget.

Facilities Manager
 

Responsible for building management, which may include space planning and layout, maintenance, janitorial, building security and mail services.

Grounds Manager
 

Supervise the maintenance and development of grounds, including all hard surface areas, turf areas, plant materials, event preparations, exterior recycling and furniture moves.

Materials Management
 

Supervise employees responsible for purchasing, storing, accounting for and distributing materials, supplies and equipment.

Energy Manager
 

Provide technical guidance and training for site management on Energy Solutions. Act as the development point for new solutions — outlining solution benefits, including design, development and roll out.

Unit Leadership Opportunities

General Manager/Director
 

The senior-most person assigned to a one-client account who directs all maintenance operations of buildings and grounds at a single unit. Overall responsibility for maintaining payroll records; hiring and training of unit personnel; and maintaining customer satisfaction and good public relations.

Multi-Service General Manager
 

The senior-most person assigned to a single client account who is responsible for general management of an account/unit providing two or more core services, including facilities/engineering, food or custodial services.

Multi-Service Manager
 

The number two position at an account/unit providing two or more core services, including facilities/engineering, food or custodial. Assume GM's responsibilities and authority in his/her absence; supervise managers in multiple service areas; and maintain customer satisfaction and good public relations.

Unit Operations Manager
 

The number two position at the account with responsibility for all operations. Assume GM's responsibilities and authority in his/her absence; supervise managers; and maintain customer satisfaction and good public relations.

General Manager, Clinical Technology Management
 

Under the direction of the District Manager, provide overall management and supervision of the assigned account, assuming full responsibility for the account's operational and fiscal performance and ensuring that the mission, vision, values and goals of Sodexo Clinical Technology Management will be accomplished.

Regional Leadership Opportunities

Area General Manager
 

Direct all contract management service operations at a single unit and provide additional resources to at least two other non-related accounts/units in the same geographic area. Support and mentor GMs in respective area of responsibility, with overall accountability for the contract.

District Manager
 

Serve as the primary representative of Sodexo for multiple accounts in a designated geographic area. Responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all activities within the assigned geographic area, including financial performance, client retention, and employee training and development.

National Client Executive
 

Lead the operational and strategic growth of a multi-site, multi-state operating area client relationship, including policy compliance, staff training and development, financial performance and client retention. Responsible for growing the business in existing locations by adding new services and new sites and growing the overall portfolio of client locations.

National Director, Facilities
 

Develop, implement and complete spend smarter programs as designed and scheduled within budgetary guidelines and desired corporate outcomes. Provide guidance, communication and training of all involved parties, as necessary, for the successful implementation of projects as they are assigned.

Senior Manager of Area Support
 

Serve as a subject matter expert for the Division relating to plant operations maintenance (POM) services. Ensure compliance with the Joint Commission on Accreditation of standards and other regulatory requirements, as well as with Sodexo's templates and standards for customer service.

Senior Leadership Opportunities

Vice President
 

Responsible for various functions in the Operations area, including strategic and business planning and management for a specific geography within a Division or for implementing performance-based contracts to increase market share in asset management services. Provid leadership and direction for all business aspects within the assigned area in Operations, including account operations, growth, and retention, staff development and training, and financial growth and accountability.
