- Energy Management
- Capital Improvement & Conservation Strategies
- Project Management
- Staff Development & Improvement
- Performance Improvement (QA)
- Subcontractor Management
- Procurement Process
- Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
You may lead teams for any number of these services in hospitals, nursing homes, colleges, schools, corporations and government facilities. The range of job categories supporting these teams includes:
- Plant Operations and Maintenance (POM)
- Energy Management including Heating & Cooling (HVAC), Electrical, etc.
- Construction, Space Planning, and Relocation
