In certain environments, you and your team may utilize FacilityCenter™, our Web-enabled, Windows™ based management system to manage schedules, inventory, preventive and reactive maintenance, all in real-time.

By standardizing processes, improving work methods, and introducing state-of-the-art technology, you will oversee Sodexo’s comprehensive facilities management system consisting of:

  • Preventive Maintenance
  • Corrective Maintenance
  • Routine Maintenance
  • Energy Management
  • Capital Improvement & Conservation Strategies
  • Project Management
  • Staff Development & Improvement
  • Performance Improvement (QA)
  • Subcontractor Management
  • Procurement Process
  • Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

You may lead teams for any number of these services in hospitals, nursing homes, colleges, schools, corporations and government facilities. The range of job categories supporting these teams includes:

  • Plant Operations and Maintenance (POM)
  • Energy Management including Heating & Cooling (HVAC), Electrical, etc.
  • Construction, Space Planning, and Relocation
  • Grounds and Landscaping
  • Athletic Turf & Sports Field Maintenance
  • Custodial / Housekeeping
  • Business Services such as Mailroom or Shipping & Receiving
  • Regulatory Compliance

To measure operational excellence and constantly raise the bar for your team’s performance, Sodexo’s facilities and engineering managers maintain ISO-patterned continual improvement operating processes and oversight of critical components to our success:

  • Fire Safety Testing
  • Emergency Generator Testing
  • Statement of Conditions
  • Interim Life Safety Measures Assessments (health care)
